Since opening in summer 2018, Fireforge Crafted Beer has slowly built its own food program and kitchen team, cross-training from within its bar staff who are passionate about craft beer and food together. In this short documentary, meet kitchen manager Kara Bookwalter and co-owner Nicole Cendrowski as they share origin stories about Fireforge’s menu and dreams for the future.
