Oktoberfest 2020: Social-Distanced Style!

Fireforge Oktoberfest 2020
Guten Tag! Join us for our Socially-Distanced 3-Day Oktoberfest, September 25-27, 2020. Since re-opening in early June, we’re offering host-managed biergarden table seating on a first-come, first-served basis in groups of 8 people or less. We ask for your patience as you may experience higher than usual wait-times during peak hours. Remember to wear your mask and pretzel necklace! Our Oktoberfest lager and other seasonal brews will be on tap, and the Fireforge kitchen is open all weekend with pretzels and festy fare. We’ll also be hosting a couple local food-friend pop-ups throughout the weekend.

While we’ll be pumpin’ some polka music throughout the biergarden, we’ll also have live music Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as Mountain Top Polka Band returning to the biergarden on Sunday afternoon. Our current schedule is below. Please also review our operational guidelines and recommendations to ensure a safe, socially-distanced experience.

SOCIAL DISTANCING OPERATIONAL DETAILS:
While we’d love to celebrate with as many of you as possible, we must still abide by social-distancing guidelines:

-Wear your mask or face covering upon entry, and whenever you’re not seated at your table. (Ex. going into the taproom to order, visiting the restroom, when “up and about.”)
-Our capacity is limited because we must seat all customer parties at their own tables. Please be aware there may be wait times to get in during peak hours.
-Table Seating Only. We’ll have one entrance at the front of the biergarden with a host station. Our hosts will seat you at a numbered table.
-Groups of no more than 8 people. (This includes kiddos.)
-No Pets. (Service animals excepted.)
-No Cash Payments. (We can only accept credit cards.)

HOW TO ORDER BEVERAGES & FORGE FOOD:
There are two, touch-free ways to order:
-Order and pay through your phone at our online store: www.fireforge.beer/order and a Fireforge team member will bring your order out to you!
-Pop into the taproom to order at one of our two socially-distanced order areas at the bar. In order to remain touch-free, a gratuity of your choice can be added. Only credit cards accepted. (No cash.)

“HOUSE RULES” DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC:
-If you appear ill or have a persistent cough, please stay home. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you display symptoms of COVID-19.
-Wear your mask or face covering any time you’re not seated at your table. Stay with your party at your table, unless ordering beer or food, or visiting the restroom.
-Keep your children with you at all times.
-Do not rearrange tables. Create 6-feet+ social distance from other groups.
-Please be considerate of our team and guests. We’re all doing the best we can. Non-compliance of the rules means we’ll kindly ask you to leave.

CLEANING & SANITATION:
At Fireforge, we clean and sanitize frequently, and will continue to do so – with our efforts appearing more visible than usual. Tables are sanitized in between each group of guests. Additional touch point surfaces throughout the biergarden, bar, indoor common area and restrooms, are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
