🎯 Your Responsibilities:
- Field incoming inquiries for community events and private events with a smile, responding promptly to ensure our guest’s dream event becomes a reality, while strategically assessing business development opportunities that make sense for Fireforge.
- Work your magic as you plan and coordinate event details with our clients and our dynamic internal team.
- Be the on-site coordinator during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests are treated to an unforgettable experience.
- Put your project management skills to the test by orchestrating major events throughout the year, like Oktoberfest, Fireforge Anniversary Weekend, and St. Patrick’s Day, in addition to on-going regular programming.
